Cold Rolled, Hot Dipped, Electro, Galvannealed, HRPO and Prepainted Steel

Cold rolled: Millenia stocks cold rolled coil and sheets from .014-.099 and can provide heavier materials upon special request. All tempers, custom widths and lengths are available. Custom blanks are also available upon special order.

Hot rolled, pickled and oiled: We stock a variety of pickled items from .071 to .250 in coil and cut lengths. Other items can be ordered on a mill lead time basis.

Electro: We can provide electro from Flash Coat to 60/60 mg/sq. ft. Gages are available from .014 to .075 in the following finishes:

• Oiled: Non chem treat lightly oiled.
  
• Chem treat: Chrome treatments dry or oiled.
  
• Phosphate: Phosphate treatments with a light corrosive resistant chrome treatment.
  
• Polished: A brushed finished for applications that require the appearance of brushed stainless. Following brushing, a chem treatment or acrylic can be applied for corrosion resistance.
  
• Non chrome: Electro can be provided with a non chrome surface applied after the coating process.
  
• Acrylic: Acrylic finished electro is offered for customers seeking finger print resistance as well as superior corrosion resistance.

Hot dipped galvanized: Hot dipped can be provided in gages from .010 to .200 in custom widths and lengths. Hot dipped is available with the surface treatments described in the electro section above with the exception of the polished surface. The following hot dipped products are available:

• Bright spangle: The traditional large flower product commonly used in agricultural applications where paintability is not important.
  
• Min spangle: The most common finish provided where aesthetics are important and paintability is an issue.
  
• Min spangle extra smooth: A temper passed product offered where superior paintability is desired and surface texture in exposed electronic applications is important

Galvannealed: Galvannealed can be provided in gages from .010 to .125 in coating weights of A25 to A60. Most product is provided with an oiled surface only.

Galvalume and Aluminized: Both galvalume and aluminized can be provided on a special order basis.
